On joining the dance school, the personal information you complete on the registration form is held on our database and our payment system, Izettle.

Reason for holding data; for emergency contact details of those with parental responsibility and to share information with IDTA examining board when taking exams for entry requirements or for other external organisers/local authorities for performance licensing purposes. Information would be passed to local social services or the police where requested in any safeguarding cases.

Only data of current members of the dance school will be held for their period of attendance. On leaving the dance school, all information will be deleted.
